Maze Lounge is looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager with the following experience and skills:
2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager working in upscale and high-volume restaurantsAdditional experience working in upscale nightclubs, bars, hotels and/or eventsKnowledge of fine dining steps of service and service techniquesExperience overseeing bottle service and nightlife entertainmentHigh sense of urgency and attention to detail with customer serviceProven record of success reaching sales targetsExperience in conflict resolutionExperience managing people based on fundamentals of labor laws and motivational leadershipTech savviness to be able to operate different technology platformsExcellent communication skills in English, and preferably, working knowledge of Spanish
