POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Data Quality Manager, you will manage and inspire a team of over 300 people responsible for producing curated clinical information and care plan recommendations for providers who see patients in long-term care settings. The primary responsibilities for this role are to ensure data is complete and accurate, to ensure compliance with CMS billing requirements, to enable the team to work efficiently and to continuously improve processes and outcomes. As a team manager, you will be expected to deliver on volume, quality, and customer satisfaction outcomes, regularly report on performance and collaborate with department leaders to continually improve the team's effectiveness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop a team of team leads who are responsible for curating clinical data and care plan recommendations for long term care facility providers
· Ensure the team of Data Quality Reviewers is consistently staffed appropriately to deliver the necessary volume of patient reviews and achieving volume and quality metrics
· Create and enhance materials and tools to enable the team to meet business needs
· Review reporting on productivity, quality, client satisfaction, team engagement, and client impact KPIs; identifying and activating tactics to improve performance on KPIs
· Contribute in designing and enforcing data quality standards and policies
· Monitor data for issues such as duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies
· Work with business and technical teams to improve data collection and validation processes
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements related to data
· Track data quality performance dashboards.
· Protects patient information and adheres to standard of confidentiality with all patient information
· All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare operations experience preferred
· Minimum of 3 yrs of team leadership or supervisory experience.
· Strong analytical skills including interpreting reports, identifying metrics and data to understand processes, communicating findings, identifying improvement tactics, and implementing improvement tactics
· Experience in long term care, chronic care management, physician practice management and/or remote patient monitoring management are preferred
· Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently, be attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel), dashboarding and video conferencing platforms and Dashboard type platforms.
· Experience in working with team members to develop skills, resolve issues, share ideas, and lead initiatives within a positive, constructive group framework
· Must always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Preferred Skills:· Current and valid LPN or RN license
The anticipated annualized range for this role is $100K-$115K. This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
