Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper documentation Conduct bedside assessments, monitor patient vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized services as needed Monitor and maintain patient records, including medication administration records and care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of patient outcomes
