Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a central role in commercial support and customer experience.

You will work closely with outside sales representatives, operations, and various internal departments to ensure efficient follow-up on customer requests and ongoing projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in branch
  • Advising customers on products, equipment, and available solutions
  • Preparing quotations and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Coordinating requests with outside sales representatives and internal teams
  • Participating in order follow-up and scheduling coordination
  • Maintaining strong, professional, and long-term customer relationships
  • Contributing to the efficiency and flow of daily commercial operations

Your Profile

We are seeking a professional, organized, and solution-oriented individual looking to grow long term within a dynamic environment.

You possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support within an industrial, technical, or specialized distribution environment
  • Experience in the construction industry or specialized equipment sector is a strong asset
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills
  • A proactive approach and professionalism in communications
  • Strong ability to work within a fast-paced and structured team environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
