Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a central role in commercial support and customer experience.
You will work closely with outside sales representatives, operations, and various internal departments to ensure efficient follow-up on customer requests and ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in branch
- Advising customers on products, equipment, and available solutions
- Preparing quotations and ensuring proper follow-up
- Coordinating requests with outside sales representatives and internal teams
- Participating in order follow-up and scheduling coordination
- Maintaining strong, professional, and long-term customer relationships
- Contributing to the efficiency and flow of daily commercial operations
Your Profile
We are seeking a professional, organized, and solution-oriented individual looking to grow long term within a dynamic environment.
You possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support within an industrial, technical, or specialized distribution environment
- Experience in the construction industry or specialized equipment sector is a strong asset
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- A proactive approach and professionalism in communications
- Strong ability to work within a fast-paced and structured team environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
