About
I'm working directly with an established contractor delivering residential new build developments and commercial-to-residential conversion schemes across West and South West London.
This is a broad Design Manager position offering exposure across multiple live projects rather than being tied to a single scheme. You'll work closely with project teams from planning through to completion, helping drive design coordination, technical delivery and programme certainty across the business.
The Role
Managing and coordinating the design process across multiple residential and conversion projects • Supporting projects from planning, pre-construction and design development through to completion • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders • Reviewing design information, technical compliance and buildability • Working closely with Project Managers, site teams and commercial teams • Mix of office, site and consultant meetings across West and South West London • Supported by Project Managers, junior Design Managers and Document Controllers where applicable What they're looking for
