Job Summary The Front Desk & Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current students while supporting the daily operations of the academy. This role combines customer service, sales, lead management, and administrative responsibilities to help grow and maintain a thriving academy environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, personable, and comfortable building relationships with prospective students and families. This position serves as the first point of contact for many visitors and plays a key role in converting inquiries into enrolled students. General Accountabilities Sales & Lead Management Contact prospective students and families through phone calls, text messages, and email. Schedule introductory classes and appointments for prospective students. Follow established lead follow-up procedures to maximize enrollment opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the academy's client management system. Track leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up. Assist in achieving monthly enrollment and retention goals.
Customer Service Greet students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide exceptional customer service to all academy members and guests. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately. Assist students and families with account questions, scheduling, and general academy information. Help create a positive and professional atmosphere that reflects the values of Rolles Gracie Academy.
Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate student records and account information. Process memberships, program registrations, and related paperwork. Support attendance tracking and general front desk operations. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist with academy events, promotions, and special projects as needed.
Team & Culture Represent the academy's mission, values, and culture in all interactions. Communicate effectively with instructors and management. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training when required. Job Qualifications Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Lake Mary, FL. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or martial arts environments. Experience using CRM or client management software. Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls. Familiarity with martial arts, fitness, or youth development programs.
