Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Overtime: Available based on production needs

Openwork is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Northwest Houston. This company produces high-quality wooden reels used around the world and is known for its team-oriented environment and long-term opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble wooden components into finished products.Use basic hand tools and measuring devices.Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.Label, tag, and prepare products for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
