Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopesLead projects from preconstruction through final deliveryCoordinate with owners, architects, designers, and consultantsOversee procurement of high-end materials and custom finishesTrack cost control, change orders, and general conditionsEnsure quality, safety, and compliance throughout constructionWork closely with field superintendents to maintain schedules

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of project management experience in residential constructionProven experience on high-end or luxury interior renovationsStrong knowledge of interior trades and finish coordinationExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience working in Manhattan townhomes or luxury buildings preferredProficiency with construction management software and Excel
