Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required
Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00, based on experience; $150/week on-call bonus

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required1 - 3 years of residential property maintenance or related fieldStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to read blueprints and manualsPhysical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reachingBasic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC certification and/or experienceCPO license - or willing to obtainCAMT designation
Audere Apartments is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our community continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.
In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairsComplete apartment turns and make-readiesConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceDiagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsPromptly respond to service requests using our paperless systemMaintain maintenance records and manage inventoryPerform general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairsEnsure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with vendors as neededHandle pool and grounds care; assist with snow removal when necessary
