Critical Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience. Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions. Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review. Create and maintain an accurate project schedule. Partner with SME's to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports. Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed.
Task-Based Deliverables:
For each project, the deliverables will be determined by EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:
Project management documentation. Technical design, configuration and specifications documentation. System configuration and administration. Training development and delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project. Excellent oral and written communication skills. In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM. 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred. Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio.
