Our client, a leader in healthcare , is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Applications & New Build Projects team supporting hospital, clinic, and medical office expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support new construction and expansion projects by managing application and technology components for healthcare facilities. Coordinate work across multiple application, infrastructure, and clinical teams to ensure timely delivery of software and system builds. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, communication plans, test plans, and schedules. Manage project budgets, resource plans, and financial tracking to stay within scope and budget constraints. Lead project meetings, document minutes, assign tasks, and ensure follow-up actions are completed effectively.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing large teams and complex projects with multiple dependencies. Ability to adapt quickly within a highly process-oriented environment and work within regulatory and clinical settings.
