What You'll Do
Lead and mentor technicians on job sitesDeliver high-quality cabinet and surface refinishingCommunicate professionally with homeowners and clientsEnsure projects are completed on time and to company standardsMaintain tools, equipment, and materialsRepresent Nhance with professionalism and integrity
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience in refinishing, painting, construction, carpentry, or skilled trades preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipLeadership mindset - ability to guide and support othersValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentDependable, motivated, and customer-focused
