• Manage holistic program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead development and execution of program management documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities

Technical/technology understanding (enough to understand and manage work/tasks).Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of leadership.Retail experience.Scrum and agile implementation experience.Confident/outgoing/chaser/who can go and get work done.Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI, execution plan, milestones, risks etc.
