Responsibilities of Dietary Supervisor:
Lead and supervise dietary staff to ensure efficient daily operations Oversee food production and ensure meals meet quality and dietary standards Conduct daily kitchen inspections, including sanitation, equipment, and food storage Ensure compliance with all food safety and state regulations Monitor tray line and ensure accuracy and consistency with menus Train, coach, and support staff to maintain high performance Coordinate food service for special events
Qualifications for Dietary Supervisor:
At least 2 years of food service experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and dietary regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
