Job Title: Sterile Processing Production Coordinator Location: Elmhurst, IL Job Type: Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Pay Rate: $27-$32/hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Production Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily sterile processing activities, with a strong focus on loaner and consignment tray management. This role serves as a critical link between vendors, clinical teams, and sterile processing staff to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy, and timely instrument availability. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing loaner and consignment trays Verify tray accuracy, completeness, and integrity before and after sterilization Track and document tray movement throughout the full sterilization and return cycle Collaborate with vendors, clinical teams, and internal staff to ensure timely instrument availability Oversee daily production workflow, ensuring priorities are met and workloads are balanced Identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks Provide guidance and support to sterile processing technicians as needed Maintain clear communication with partner facilities regarding tray status and scheduling Ensure accurate data entry in instrument tracking systems and maintain sterilization records Generate reports on production activity, trends, and process improvements Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required CRCST or CSPDT certification required 3-5 years of sterile processing experience, with a focus on loaner and consignment trays Experience with instrument tracking systems and reporting tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and coordination abilities
