Schedule 7A - 7P shift; expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a psych/rehab department. This position will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment plans are in place and that patient needs are met. ResponsibilitiesAdminister medication and monitor patient responses. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare staff to promote optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent RN license in the state of Florida. Experience in psych/rehab nursing preferred. BLS and ACLS certification. Why ARMStaffing?
