Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Nursing Service Location: Moscow, Pa Shift: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) (5pm-9pm), Saturday 3pm - 9pm, Sunday 11am- 7pm Rate: $28-$32 per hour Immediate Need: Moscow, Pa- Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm for school and summer hours would be 8:00am to 4:30pm Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. One to One patient care in home/school environment Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Patient assessments; coordination of care Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members Available Nursing Shifts:
Morning, evening or overnight 8's, 10's, or 12's (full shift work) PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time No weekend or minimum requirements Locations served:
