Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
Enterprise Pool 2:
Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone. 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
Enterprise Pool 3:
Flat rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change. 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float

Benefits:

Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred BLS from the American Heart Association required Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
