12-hour shifts Every other weekend off work Current CNA in Texas or in process of transfer to Texas Patience, empathetic, caring for seniors with dementia.
We are a faith-based, non-profit company, so all the money paid by our residents is spent right here in our facility. Qualifications Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Texas Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred, but not required Compassionate, patient, and reliable - You must bring your caring heart to work everyday! Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Must pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance
