Patient Care: Deliver nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Health Monitoring: Assess and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate resident care. Education: Provide education and support to residents and families regarding health management and wellness. Desired Characteristics as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Valid (LPN) license in the state of Ohio. Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in assisted living or a similar setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
