Occupational Therapist

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to innovative rehab programs.
