We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Stores conveniently located around the Tampa Bay area
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
- Take command when the manager is absent
- Responsible for the store's well-being and employees' safety when the manager is absent.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.
- Customer is always right mentality
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on Dunkin policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.
- Keep tabs on the progress of your employees and their strengths
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Math/Writing skills
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.
