Serra Auto Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging with guests to schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments for maintenance and repair needs
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and text
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely booking
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Route Sales inquiry calls to the appropriate department
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating Saturday shifts shared among the team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with attention to detail
- Dealership experience highly preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Competitive compensation -- Base Pay plus Monthly Commission
