Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Develop long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Assist in resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
Additional Information- Competitive annual salary ($60,000 - $66,000).
