Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tony Milam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both warm and hot leads.

Qualifications: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: Expected annual earnings of $70-100k. This includes base pay, bonuses and commission.

About Our Agency
  • Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Dagsboro, DE, behind Royal Farms.
  • Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 -5, and open by appointment on evenings and Saturdays.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of Clemson University.
