It doesn't stop there and neither will your progression – if you suddenly decide that being an Angel of the Sunday spread isn’t for you, there’s plenty of opportunity across the business, as 87% of our salaried roles are filled by internal colleagues! So, what do we need from you? You don’t need a pair of wings or even previous delivery experience – just your awesome self and a positive attitude! Our training team will equip you with the local know-how to become a neighbourhood hero. However, it goes without saying you will need some essentials… Full UK or EU driving licence. Minimum of 12 months driving experience. Maximum of 6 penalty points. No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills and the ability to deliver joy to our customers goes without saying. How to apply: Fill in an online application - there is no CV needed! Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. We will then arrange a virtual interview with one of the team. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!

You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 doing 7.5 hour shifts and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding. Shifts:
AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay Structure:
The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
