Join the Sunrun Street Team and turn your ambition into impact. Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. If a candidate is selected but does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon successfully obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission-based. The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is in compliance with the local wage requirements. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history. You can learn more here.
