Customer Service Associate
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
In dieser vielseitigen Funktion im Customer Service sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Arztpraxen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen unseren Kunden und dem Labor. Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrer ausgeprägten Serviceorientierung leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst. Zu Ihrem vielseitigen Aufgabenbereich gehören insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten:
Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanliegen von Ärzten und MPAs sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Praxis und Labor
Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten in unseren Systemen (LIS und CRM)
Einholen von Offerten für Kundengeräte sowie Koordination und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
Erstellung von Abrechnungen, Kundenstatistiken sowie Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Customer Service
Unterstützung des Aussendienstes
Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Kundenbindung sowie Unterstützung beim Versand von Kundeninformationen
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ, Ausbildung als MPA EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Grundausbildung – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder Laborumfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook und Microsoft Office
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie eine ruhige und lösungsorientierte Art, auch bei hohem Anrufaufkommen
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsmentalität
