- Organisation und Unterstützung der täglichen Abläufe im Housekeeping-Bereich.
- Kontrolle gereinigter Gästezimmer sowie öffentlicher Bereiche im Hinblick auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Vollständigkeit und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards.
- Sicherstellung eines gepflegten, sauberen und einladenden Erscheinungsbildes des gesamten Hauses.
- Koordination und Unterstützung der Housekeeping-Mitarbeitenden im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
- Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung, Anleitung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im Housekeeping-Bereich.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Front Office, der Technik und weiteren Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Hotelbetriebs.
- Meldung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung technischer Mängel, Schäden und besonderer Vorkommnisse in Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Dienst- und Einsatzplanung im Housekeeping-Bereich in Abstimmung mit dem Housekeeping Manager beziehungsweise dessen Vertretung.
- Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Reinigungsmitteln, Wäsche, Gästeartikeln und sonstigen Arbeitsmaterialien.
- Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Inventuren und der wirtschaftlichen Verwendung von Verbrauchsmaterialien.
- Führung und Pflege von Checklisten, Reinigungsplänen, Dokumentationen und sonstigen internen Übersichten.
- Mitwirkung an der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Standards, Arbeitsabläufe sowie Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorgaben.
- Unterstützung im operativen Housekeeping-Bereich bei betrieblichem Bedarf.
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Housekeeping-Bereich oder eine anderweitig erworbene fachliche Qualifikation im Bereich Reinigung, Zimmerkontrolle, Housekeeping-Organisation oder Hotelbetrieb.
- Erfahrung in der Kontrolle von Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein.
- Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten sinnvoll zu setzen.
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten und anderen Abteilungen.
- Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie ein respektvoller und lösungsorientierter Umgang im Team.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft zu unterstützen, anzuleiten und neue Teammitglieder einzuarbeiten.
- Gutes Auge fürs Detail sowie ein hohes Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit, Ordnung und die Einhaltung von Standards.
