Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and introduce Trophy Insurance Solutions. Research and identify potential leads using various outreach strategies. Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the value of our insurance products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead progress in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach tactics and achieve collective goals.
Requirements Demonstrated interest in sales or customer-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive and curious mindset. Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized. Comfortable using various communication tools and CRM software.
