Voor deze opdrachtgever in Weert zijn wij namelijk op zoek naar een Procesoperator in de 2 ploegendienst. Het bedrijf zit in de voedingsmiddelen industrie en staat bekent om hun ei producten, die terugkomen in dressings, salades, sauzen en nog veel meer! In deze functie begeleidt je collega's, verzorg je een goed lopend productieproces en voer je dagelijks technische werkzaamheden uit. Voor dit alles word je ook goed beloond want het salaris loopt op tot wel €4.120,- bruto per maand inclusief 15% ploegentoeslag. Nu al enthousiast? Dit is hoe jou werkzaamheden er dagelijks uitzien als Procesoperator in de 2 ploegen bij dit bedrijf:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt;
- Je neemt dagelijks 2 collega-operators mee op sleeptouw, stuurt hen aan en coacht hen waar nodig;
- Je voert de technische werkzaamheden uit zoals het oplossen van storingen en onderhoud aan de machines;
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit o.b.v. Hygiëne, HACCP en kwaliteit;
- Je ondersteunt het inpakproces en de logistieke afdeling.
Je bent in het bezit van
Dit is wat je meeneemt als Procesoperator in de 2 ploegen bij dit bedrijf:
- Je beschikt over een mbo werk- en denkniveau;
- Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers;
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal;
- Je werkt graag in de 2 ploegendienst.
