Corporate Communications & Content Manager
Was du bewegst:
Entwicklung und Steuerung zielgruppengerechter Inhalte für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle entlang der Unternehmensstrategie und Business-Ziele
Konzeption, Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Content für Intranet, Website, Social Media, Newsletter, Präsentationen und weitere Formate
Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Tonalität, klarer Botschaften und eines markengerechten Auftritts über alle Touchpoints hinweg
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Plattformen und Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere LinkedIn
Analyse der Content- und Channel-Performance, Begleitung des Community Managements sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Management sowie Beratung zu Botschaften, Formaten und Storytelling
Aktive Mitgestaltung der kommunikativen Begleitung von Change- und Integrationsprozessen durch die Übersetzung strategischer Veränderungen in verständliche und inspirierende Geschichten
Was du mitbringst:
Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Corporate Communications oder in einem verwandten Feld wie Kommunikation, Medien, Public Affairs, Public Relations oder Marketing
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Content Creation, Kommunikation oder redaktioneller Arbeit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen und/oder im B2B-Umfeld
Ausgeprägte redaktionelle, konzeptionelle und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationskanälen wie Social Media, Intranet und Website
Erfahrung mit Tools zur Planung, Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung von Content; Kenntnisse in Grafik, Foto oder Video sind ein Plus
Strategische, zugleich pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Klare Kommunikation, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Spanisch ist von Vorteil
