In unserem engagierten Talent-Acquisition-Team erwarten Sie spannende Aufgaben in einem vielseitigen internationalen Technologieunternehmen. Gemeinsam gewinnen wir Talente für die gesamte Bandbreite der Voith Group - vom gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Bereich über Ingenieurrollen bis hin zu Fach- und Führungskräften sowie C-Level Positionen.
Ihre Aufgaben- Mit Ihrem Verständnis für die Anforderungen der Hiring Manager (w/m/d) steuern Sie national sowie international den End-to-End Talent Acquisition Prozess für verschiedene Konzernbereiche der Voith Group.
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Interview- und Auswahlprozess und begleiten die Fachbereiche bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung offener Positionen.
- Dabei übernehmen Sie die Erstellung, Abstimmung sowie Verhandlung von Vertragsangeboten und begleiten Kandidaten (w/m/d) bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) betreuen Sie Kandidaten (w/m/d) über alle Schritte des Recruiting-Prozesses hinweg und gestalten eine positive Candidate Experience.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, HR-Schnittstellen sowie dem Betriebsrat stellen Sie die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und tariflicher Rahmenbedingungen sicher.
- Sie entwickeln zielgruppenspezifische Sourcing-Strategien, steuern Recruiting-Kanäle, nutzen Active Sourcing und wirken aktiv an Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen sowie Recruiting-Events mit.
- Sie arbeiten in nationalen und internationalen Recruiting- sowie HR-Projekten mit und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse bei.
- Als Schnittstelle zu externen Recruiting-Dienstleistern koordinieren Sie deren Einsatz und repräsentieren Voith auf Karrieremessen, Onboarding- und weiteren Personalveranstaltungen.
- Abgeschlossene Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im End-to-End Recruiting oder Executive Search, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen.
- Erste Erfahrung im Tarifvertragsrecht sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien.
- Erste Erfahrung im internationalen Recruiting bzw. in globalen Recruiting-Prozessen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Kanäle sowie Erfahrung im Active Sourcing.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Ausgeprägte Beobachtungs- und Beurteilungskompetenz, ein sehr gutes Gespür für Menschen sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
