Wil jij per direct fulltime aan de slag in een koekfabriek waar je werkt in 3 ploegen en een uitstekend salaris kunt verdienen tot wel €3215 bruto, inclusief ploegentoeslag? In deze informele werksfeer draag jij dagelijks bij aan de productie van heerlijke koekproducten die wereldwijd worden gewaardeerd.
Dit ga je doen
- Je bedient, stelt in en bouwt de productielijnen om zodat het proces efficiënt verloopt;
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en waarborgt de productnormen;
- Je signaleert storingen en schakelt snel om deze in samenwerking met de technische dienst op te lossen;
- Je voert klein onderhoud uit aan de machines en zorgt dat deze schoon blijven volgens de geldende veiligheids- en hygiëneregels;
- Je geeft leiding aan de productiemedewerkers aan jouw lijn en stimuleert teamwork;
Je bent in het bezit van
- Ervaring als operator of machinebediende in de (proces)industrie;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal;
- Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om zelfstandig problemen te herkennen en aan te pakken;
- Affiniteit met het werken en sturen van een productieteam;
- Flexibiliteit om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken waarbij je wekelijks van dienst wisselt;
Dit krijg je ervoor terug
- Een startsalaris tussen de €3.360,00 en €3.600,00 (inclusief ploegentoeslag)
- Toeslag van 38% op gewerkte uren tussen 18:00 en 06:30;
- 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld bij een fulltime dienstverband;
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer, vanaf 5 km enkele reis;
