Business Development Representative - Healthcare

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Copper Hills Youth Center promotes healing and strengthens relationships by providing extraordinary care in a trauma informed environment. Type: Full-time salaried exempt position - with 75%+ weekly travel required to the Western part of the US. Other states as required by business necessity. Your Key Position Goals & Objectives: Responsible for the management, development and growth of referral sources in an identified regional territory Develop, execute and evaluate strategies and activities of marketing plan Identify potential referral and funding resources Manage all travel activities (75% travel required weekly) Efficient use of remote work environment Use COS skills

Qualifications Your skills and experience will include: Education: B.S. Degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or a related field REQUIRED, MS Marketing/Business Administration PREFERRED Experience: Five years' experience preferred in a related behavioral health field Experience with Managed Healthcare organizations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of operating independently, effectively and self-motivated Able to analyze, plan and follow-through for maximum effectiveness Experience in developing new territories in target markets Ability to close sales and achieve assigned objectives Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology Experience in customer service in the health care field preferred Working courteously with the public and with individuals within the facility License: Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
