Team: VMO / COO Technology
Job Title: Analytics Consultant 5 - Program / Portfolio Reporting Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week
Contract Length: 6 months (intent to extend/convert to FTE)
Rate: $50-55/hr
Interview Process: 30-minute MS Teams interview
Top Requirements:
* 5+ years of program/portfolio reporting, PMO analytics, or business analysis experience * Strong data analysis and executive-level reporting skills * Experience supporting large, multi-workstream initiatives * Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Plusses:
* Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programs * Familiarity with enterprise governance or PMO frameworks * Advanced dashboarding or visualization experience
Job Summary:
Provides enterprise-level portfolio reporting and analytics to support transparency, governance, and executive decision-making across complex transformation programs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting * Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials * Support governance forums and executive reviews * Deliver insights, forecasts, and health assessments * Partner cross-functionally to validate data and align reporting
