You'll regularly exchange ideas with top international experts – for example, people known from the Agile Tour Vienna. You'll keep growing in a focused way and take part in conferences and formats that truly move you forward.

You'll work with tools that match your standards – not the other way around. Expect modern tooling, access to current AI models, and up-to-date infrastructure.

Your salary

We know that a Principal Engineer can make a real difference within an organisation.

That is why our salary range for this role starts at € 80,000 gross per annum. The minimum salary under the collective agreement for this position is € 62,664 gross per annum (ST1 experience).
