first free-standing inpatient Patient Care Unit (PCU)
in North Carolina, setting the standard for hospice care in the
state. In 2024, we proudly expanded this legacy by opening the

Requirements:
What You Bring to AMOREM: Current, unrestricted
North Carolina CNA license . Active
CPR certification . Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Flexibility and a desire for professional growth. Hospice or palliative care experience preferred , but not required. We will help you grow.
As a PCU CNA, You Will: Provide quality
end-of-life bedside care
with compassion and respect. Assist patients with
activities of daily living
and ensure their comfort and dignity. Collaborate as part of a
dynamic interdisciplinary team
to deliver holistic care. Support families through education, communication, and presence. Follow individualized
plans of care
and document accurately. Leverage technology to enhance quality and efficiency. Maintain flexibility to meet patient and unit needs.
