Independently contribute to backend development and collaborate closely with the Staff engineer to execute the roadmap Design and implement key features and components for the New Venture while navigating diverse codebases to ensure high-quality code delivery Work with New Ventures Leads to successfully launch MVPs and facilitate their adoption by a broad customer base
Required qualifications
Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) or Java Experience in 0 to 1 builds and building complex, large-scale distributed systems in production environments Strong background in distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, APIs, and integration patterns Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and resilient code A track record of significant technical impact within a team
