Key Responsibilities Lead the development of customer-focused propositions, translating insights and ideas into structured concepts for evaluation and delivery. Apply human-centred design and innovation methodologies to support problem definition, journey mapping, ideation, and concept development. Conduct customer and market research to identify needs, behaviours, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, digital, data, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer outcomes and business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning. Drive continuous improvement through testing, customer feedback, and iterative learning approaches. Develop clear proposition narratives, value propositions, and supporting business cases for stakeholder engagement and decision-making. Work collaboratively across teams including technology, operations, finance, risk, and compliance to support proposition development and implementation. Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in proposition development, product management, customer experience, innovation, or a related field. Strong understanding of customer-centric design and innovation methodologies with experience delivering end-to-end initiatives. Experience conducting customer research, journey mapping, and concept testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership. Commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate opportunities and support business case development. Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments from ideation through to implementation. Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
