LNA Float Pool - Per Diem

Cottage Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support patient care as a float role in all clinical departments. In this role, you will work closely with nursing staff to provide hands-on support with daily patient needs and help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and monitoring vital signs. You will communicate patient updates clearly to the care team, respond to call bells, and assist during emergency situations as needed. The role also involves transporting patients, supporting admissions and discharges, and preparing patient rooms.

You will help maintain unit operations by stocking supplies, performing safety checks, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly. Maintaining a clean and organized environment is an important part of the role, along with supporting patient comfort and dignity at all times.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, and works well in a team-based healthcare setting.

Per diem openings require a 2 shift per month commitment.

Licenses & Certifications Required:

LNA License

Basic Life Support
