We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months./ph2Position Overview/h2pWere looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book demos and generate new business. This is a critical role as one of our first sales hires, where youll have a direct impact on our growth and success. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with relevant sales internship experience or someone with 1 year of SDR experience./ph2Key Responsibilities/h2ulliLead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients, focusing on expanding our reach in the legal tech and enterprise sectors./liliProspecting: Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and other channels to build a solid sales pipeline for the Account Executives./liliInitial Engagement: Conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs of potential clients and convey the value of Ivos product in solving their challenges./liliCollaboration
Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a consistent message./liliMarket Insight Gathering: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to effectively position Ivos product./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree/liliRecent graduate or 1 year of work experience as a SDR/BDR/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to prospects and initiating meaningful conversations./liliSelf-driven and goal-oriented, with the desire to grow in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment./liliQuick learner with a strong interest in technology, AI, and the legal tech space./li/ulh2Ivo Might Be a Good Fit for You If You:/h2ulliWould describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful./liliYou have a strong internal sense of urgency.
