Using the tools provided to you such as scripts and training to provide customer satisfaction./pulliLead Management: Responding promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Including both outbound and inbound calls./liliAppointment Setting: This includes scheduling appointments and confirming appointments to reduce no shows./liliOutbound Follow up: conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50-150 per day), sending emails and text to keep the customer engaged until you set an appointment./liliCRM Data Entry: insuring accurate up to date customer records in the CRM.
