Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite
Pay Range: $71.74 - $73.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)
Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics.
- 5 years of experience with SQL, bonus if familiar with SparkSQL, Databricks, or Azure Data Explorer.
- 2 years of experience with dashboarding tools, PowerBI preferred.
What's the Job?
Partner with Consumer Products team and data engineering to develop clear reporting and actionable insights from consumer data.
Identify key learnings from data analysis and synthesize them into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with other data scientists to incorporate findings into major analyses and franchise initiatives.
Conduct data analysis for stakeholder groups across partnerships, marketing, and consumer products, including ROI evaluation and metric optimization.
Maintain dashboards in PowerBI to support stakeholder understanding and onboarding to self-service tools.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics.
Proficiency with SQL; experience with SparkSQL, Databricks, or Azure Data Explorer is a plus.
Experience with dashboarding tools, preferably PowerBI.
Strong skills in Python, with familiarity in PySpark preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
