Service Advisor (Experienced)

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Determine customer's primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs at time of write up
• Offer a Multipoint inspection and a technician video to every customer
• Provide electronic estimates, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind
• Provide status updates on a regular basis
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need:

• A Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor Experience Required
• A CSI focused mindset
• A proven track record of GP, ELR & Hours per RO
• A clear understanding of providing a highline guest experience
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
