What We’re Looking For Recent college graduate or early-career professional Strong communication skills Competitive mindset (sports, leadership, or sales background is a plus) Self-motivated and disciplined Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
Compensation Commission-based with uncapped earning potential First-year reps typically earn $60,000–$100,000+ Top performers exceed six figures
