Professional level of oral and written communication skills. Understanding of lead process and ability to actively engage with all leads. Excellent phone personality with strong articulation skills and the ability to connect effectively with senior guests. Outstanding attendance and punctuality. Competitive nature with a passion for uncovering new booking opportunities. Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong computer skills and effective time management.
