What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries
• Manage slump, admixtures, and discharge of concrete to meet customer specifications
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain records
• Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment
• Physical capability to perform duties such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
