Account Executive

Job Title: Account Executive Location-Type: Onsite Minneapolis, MN Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $35,000$40,000 base salary + commission

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing junior Account Executive to drive new business development across digital and television advertising solutions, including streaming, broadcast, display, and app-based media products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Sell integrated advertising solutions across TV, streaming, digital, and app inventory
• Conduct client meetings, outreach calls, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
• Maintain CRM activity within Salesforce
• Meet weekly outreach and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 12 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, curious, and coachable personality
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
  • Self-starter mentality with strong work ethic
  • Interest in media, advertising, and digital sales
  • Must ask thoughtful questions and be highly conversational
  • Must be open to working onsite 5 days/week
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in digital media or advertising sales
  • Hospitality background (server/bartender highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of streaming or broadcast media
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Existing local business relationships
