· Some hands-on experience through coursework, internships, lab environments, technical support, or entry-level engineering work in infrastructure or security.
· Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory Domain Services, or LDAP environments.
· Exposure to Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), certificate-based authentication, or related technologies is a plus.
· Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or system integration concepts.
· Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn in technically complex environments.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Contribute to implementation projects with attention to quality, accuracy, and security best practices.
· Build trust with customers and teammates through clear communication, follow-through, and professionalism.
· Strengthen technical skills through hands-on learning, documentation, and guided problem-solving.
· Support a positive customer experience by being collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn.
